Il problema ‘si pone’ o ‘si solleva’; è sempre ‘nuovo’ e interessante (ma meglio ancora ‘di estremo interesse’). E’ rigorosamente ‘concreto’; a memoria d’uomo non si è mai saputo di un problema che si sia potuto definire astratto (…) come non si è mai saputo di un problema risolto; semmai ‘superato’ (…). The problem ‘posits itself’ or ‘raises itself’; it is always ‘new’ and interesting’ (or even better of extreme interest’). It is rigorously ‘concrete‘; as far as memory can stretch back there was never a problem that could be defined as abstract (…) as one has never heard of a solved problem; if anything, ‘overcome’.
